Position Summary 

Mental Health America of Northern Kentucky and Southwest Ohio is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Team Lead to lead and support the delivery of community-based behavioral health and recovery services. This leadership role is responsible for supervising program staff, managing operations, and cultivating strong relationships with community partners to promote recovery-oriented outcomes. What You’ll Do 

  • Lead the development, implementation and continuous quality improvement for Supported Employment and Payee programs 

  • Build and maintain strong community partnerships 

  • Supervise Employee Specialists and Payee Program Coordinator 

  • Ensure compliance with agency and state standards 

  • Carries a caseload of 5 Supported IPS participants meeting the agency direct service documentation policy 

What You’ll Need 

  • A bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, human services, or a related field 

  • At least two years of field experience, preferably in employment services or mental health 

  • Prior supervisory experience 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage employers and community partners 

  • The ability to thrive in a self-directed, field-based environment 

  • Proven skill in analyzing needs and adjusting strategies to meet program goals 

  • Experience in program management and implementation
