Position Summary
Mental Health America of Northern Kentucky and Southwest Ohio is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Team Lead to lead and support the delivery of community-based behavioral health and recovery services. This leadership role is responsible for supervising program staff, managing operations, and cultivating strong relationships with community partners to promote recovery-oriented outcomes. What You’ll Do
Lead the development, implementation and continuous quality improvement for Supported Employment and Payee programs
Build and maintain strong community partnerships
Supervise Employee Specialists and Payee Program Coordinator
Ensure compliance with agency and state standards
Carries a caseload of 5 Supported IPS participants meeting the agency direct service documentation policy
What You’ll Need
A bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, human services, or a related field
At least two years of field experience, preferably in employment services or mental health
Prior supervisory experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage employers and community partners
The ability to thrive in a self-directed, field-based environment
Proven skill in analyzing needs and adjusting strategies to meet program goals
Experience in program management and implementation
